FAQ's
All edited photos and video reels are delivered approximately 4 weeks after camp. You’ll receive a private gallery link and download instructions via email.
Everything is delivered digitally via a private online photo gallery and downloadable video link.
Every participant who purchases a package receives a color-coded wristband at check-in. Our photo and video team uses that wristband and a master list to track, identify, and film every buyer throughout the camp.
Yes — we’ll have a QR code station on site for last-minute sign-ups. However, we strongly recommend pre-purchasing online to guarantee full coverage.
Yes. All Rafa Nadal Academy players – junior or adult – can purchase any package.
You may request a full refund up to 3 days before camp. Inside the 3-day window or once camp begins, purchases are non-refundable.
Media packages are limited to 50 per camp to guarantee each player receives enough dedicated coverage for their photos and/or highlight video. Once we reach 50, registration closes.
After a media package purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with further steps. You will pick up your media wristband at the check in desk at the beginning of the camp.
You can change your media package up to 3 days before the start of camp. Click HERE to make changes to your media package.
If you need to cancel your media package, you may request a full refund up to 3 days before your camp begins. Inside the 3-day window or once camp is underway, media packages are non-refundable as our team is already scheduled for coverage. For cancellations click HERE.
