Trade Shows / Conventions / Event Video Production

Conventions and trade shows are a vital part of many companies’ marketing strategies, offering a unique opportunity to showcase products, network with industry professionals, and engage with potential customers.

With such shows as  Consumer Electronic Show [CES], World of Concrete, SEMA , NAB and more, companies capitalize on the opportunity to create as much marketing video content as possible.

Businesses and brands typically turn to professional convention and trade show video production companies such as HUSTL Media to create event recaps, capture booth presence, film speaker keynotes and presentations, film trade show interviews and testimonials, provide live streaming services, build marketing content library and more.

Capturing Event Energy

Conventions and trade shows are filled with excitement, networking, and learning opportunities. Attending businesses and brands usually turn to professional convention video production company such as HUSTL Media to produce and shoot event recaps and create sizzle reels. HUSTL Media has handled such work during  CES, NAB, SEMA, World of Concrete and other Las Vegas trade shows. Depending on the client video production needs, we would deploy a camera crew consisting of minimum a camera operator and perhaps a sound mixer if one is needed.  Usually we would coordinate with the client which components of the trade show they would need highlighted from their booth presence to attendee reactions and testimonials, nothing will escape our film crew eyes.  Traditionally recap videos run anywhere from 90sec to few minutes focusing on most relevant and interesting parts of the event.

Capitalizing on the BUZZ

Trade shows and large events get a lot of media attention. While the event is taking place, it’s likely to also trend on social media and make news headlines. As a business or brand it’s a good idea to capitalize on this attention and be part of the conversation. How?

By quickly putting out its own event video followed by appropriate hashtags. It’s a sure way to drive traffic, generate new leads, and start conversations.

Since most events run from 8am to 5pm and are jam packed with activities, it’s important to set priorities and focus in terms of media coverage.

Trade Show Interviews

Interview videos with clients and customers talking about your company’s product or service, reviewing it, sharing opinions is a great way to engage wider audience. Quick video sound bites could be used on social media for quick engagement while longer interview pieces could go onto company website, be used for promotions… Traditionally a company hire a local Las Vegas film crew consisting of camera operator, sound mixer and a production assistant to focus on capturing interviews throughout the day.

Filming Sessions, Keynotes

At HUSTL Media we have extensive expertise filming trade show and convention presentations, break out sessions, keynote speeches. Traditionally we will use two cameras, one wide shot of the stage and a tight shot on the speaker. Whenever budget permits it’s a good idea to have one camera on the audience to capture reactions as well. This makes for a much more dynamic video. If live streaming if needed in Las Vegas, we offer that as well on demand.
